Goodbye 2017... Hello

After a fun and exciting 2017 we are prepped and ready for an epic 2018! Here is a quick rundown of our 2017…

New Faces

Adam Batty our new Operations Manager started with us in July and has hit the ground running building a great rapport with LMC teams, Practice Managers, users and of course the team here at Fish HQ.

Hannah and Sarah joined the team in October and have been doing an amazing job at frontline support for our users as well as taking on rolls to help with the everyday running of the office.

With a growing team, we needed to grow our office space. As you can imagine finding an office in the New Forest wasn't easy but after weeks of looking, we found an office right under our noses 2 minutes up the road on Landford Common Stud. After an obligatory trip to Ikea, it feels like home already.

Enough about us, what about you?

After months of work we launched the CSA Package and so far the feedback has been fantastic. The Package consists of Consultation videos (featuring actors from the radio show The Archers!), a tried and tested 'traffic light'  consultation system, videos with help and advice from professionals and examiners, communities for peer discussions and support from the team here at FourteenFish.

As you may know, we teamed up with Red Whale GP Update early last year to bring their customers and our users new benefits. One of those benefits was a seamless integration with the Red Whale's GPCPD recorder. The work on this was completed earlier this year and has been a great success, users can now add CPD into the Red Whale GPCPD recorder and it will be synced straight into their FourteenFish appraisal. On top of this Red Whale customers have been enjoying a 15% discount off of our Appraisal Toolkit.

If you are going to a Red Whale event this year be sure to come over and say hello to us at our stand, we are always happy to chat.

We are thrilled to be going into 2018 with over 23,000 users! We have some exciting things planned and we look forward to sharing them with you all this year.
